Registering for and/or using this website assumes you accept the following terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any given time, for any reason, without notice.
MEMBERSHIP:
- Entering an invalid email address, contact information including but not limited to: shipping address, phone number. will violate the terms.
- Only one account is allowed per household (physical address).
- Signups may NOT be from a public place, including but not limited to public libraries, college campuses, or your workplace. You may also not signup via a proxy server, or ISP that uses a proxy like AOL.
- A user may be put on hold for any suspicious activity relating to their account, whether on this or any other website.
- A user may have a maximum of one (1) account.
- Violating these terms disqualifies you from receiving your free prize.
- Guiding, or walking users thru the requirements of this website or an offer on it is strictly prohibited.
- A user's account may be closed at any given time based on the discretion of the employees of this website.
OFFERS:
- You may only complete each offer one time, and you may only do 1 offer per company. Do not complete two offers from the same company, or the same offer twice, this is considered fraud (a felony).
- We cannot guarentee a user will receive credit for an offer, furthermore we reserve the right to refuse any user points for any offer, for any reason. Most reasons include but are not limited to lack of appropriate information, or fraudulent information.
- A user should only complete offers they are interested in, completing an offer only for your free prize is considered fraud.
- We are not responsible for delays in reporting offer completion or failure to receive points.
ORDERS:
- We will take measures to ensure that the user receives payments and rewards within a reasonable amount of time. However, we can only do so when the advertisers pay. We reserve the right to not send a user their prize for any given reason, based on our discretion.
- All orders are shipped to the address you provide in your account. It's a users responsibility to ensure that this address is correct.
- We are not responsible for lost orders due to innacurate shipping information.
- Users who receive more than 9.00 in one years time are required to send us a W9 or W8 tax form in accordanence with federal laws.
